Gwen Hart, owner of Enchanted Cuisine, has been in the restaurant, food and beverage industry for 35 years. She has been catering on the Outer Banks for over 7 years. She was owner of Culinary Magick for 6 years. She has had the pleasure of serving hundreds of happy couples their wedding dinner. She is also the preferred in house caterer for The Saltaire House in Duck, North Carolina. Her passion is food.
